How long will it take to setup my server?
LeetSpeak automates our server creation process to provide the quickest possible response to our customers. Once your Payment has processed your account and server will be created within a few minutes and the details provided to you via email.
What method of payments do you provide?
Currently we only offer payment via PayPal subscriptions. We do not accept PayPal eCheques however due to current payment exploits in the system.
What control do I have over my server?
You are provided a unique SuperUser password for your server on creation. This allows full control over the server permissions for users, groups and channels. The LeetSpeak control panel interface allows you to update server details and restart the server on demand. If you have any queries or changes which are not covered by the LeetSpeak control panel please raise a support request and we can assist you.
Are you really L33T?
Yes, yes we are. We pride ourselves on being exceptionally l33t in all aspects of Mumble voice communication.
Are there any scheduled outages?
Customers are notified in advance via email of any scheduled outages which are required for upgrades or maintenance of LeetSpeak services. Where possible we schedule outages during low usage timeslots to minimise the impact for the majority of customers. If you experience an outage outside of an advised outage time please raise a support request and we will investigate promptly.
Can you create me a custom plan?
No, due to the complexity of our systems custom plans are not possible. What we CAN offer however is a 10 user add-on. This allows you to add 10 additional slots to your server for a small additional price which you can cancel separately if no longer required. Check our ‘Extras’ page for more information.
I love you LeetSpeak! Can I have your children?
While your offer is very flattering it is unfortunately impossible for a business entity or internet based application to father a child at this time. If this technology changes we may be able to work something out in the future for a small subscription fee.
